Questions
What counts as a turn?
Each scene the narrator writes is one turn: the opening of a new adventure, and every reply to a choice or something you type. Turns that fail don't count, and the generators never use turns.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Open your account and choose Manage billing. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
Who handles the payment?
Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record, which also handles sales tax and VAT. We never see your card details.
Do unused turns roll over?
No. Pro turns refresh every 30 days, and turn-pack turns last 60 days from purchase.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days if you haven't used any turns from the purchase. Email hello@quillroll.com.
